UAE clients are invoiced in AED with VAT handled correctly; international clients in USD. Fixed-scope projects are split into milestones — typically a deposit to book the team, then payments tied to demos you've actually seen and approved, never to promises. Dedicated teams and retainers are billed monthly in advance. Every invoice is itemised; there are no surprise line items.

Yes — completely and from day one. The repositories, cloud accounts and domains are created in your name, so you're never locked in or held hostage. The contract assigns all IP in the delivered work to you on payment, we sign an NDA before seeing anything sensitive, and if we ever part ways you keep everything, including documentation.

The toolkit above is what we ship with today: TypeScript/React and React Native or Flutter on the front, Node.js, Python or Go behind it, PostgreSQL as the default database, and AWS, Azure or GCP for infrastructure. On AI we're deliberately model-agnostic — Claude, GPT or Gemini per use case, wired in with proper evals and fallbacks. We bias toward boring, well-supported technology your future team can hire for, and we never pick a stack because it's fashionable.

We build to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) by default: data minimisation, role-based access, audit trails and encryption in transit and at rest. If you need data residency, we deploy to in-region cloud (AWS UAE/Bahrain, Azure UAE) so data never leaves the Gulf. For government-adjacent work we align with NESA/IA expectations. Your production data is never used for testing or demos without written agreement.

Small course-corrections are normal and absorbed into the sprint — software you can't steer isn't worth much. Anything that genuinely moves scope gets written up as a short change request with its cost and schedule impact before we build it, so you decide with full information. The sequence: a code and infrastructure audit with a frank written assessment, then stabilising what's fragile (backups, monitoring, security holes) before touching features, then incremental modernisation with zero-downtime releases. We almost never recommend a big-bang rewrite; they fail for predictable reasons, and we'll show you the cheaper path.

Every fixed-scope project includes 30 days of post-launch support for defects, free. After that, most clients pick a monthly care plan — monitoring, security patches, backups, small improvements, and a defined response time for incidents — or keep a dedicated team for ongoing product work. If you'd rather run it in-house, we hand over documentation, runbooks and a training session instead. There's no forced lock-in.

Yes — and properly, not as an afterthought. We design RTL-first layouts, handle Arabic typography, numerals and date formats correctly, and build content models so every screen exists in both languages. This site itself is fully bilingual. AI agents we ship can converse naturally in Gulf Arabic and English and switch mid-conversation.

Two directions. If you're a supplier or brand, we get your products selling in the Gulf: import, customs clearance, compliant Arabic labelling, VAT, then listing and fulfilment across Amazon.ae, Noon, retail and our own channels — you don't need a UAE entity to start. If you're a buyer or retailer, we source vetted, quality-checked stock at transparent AED pricing. Commercials are simple: an agreed margin or fee per channel, in writing, before anything ships.

Always. Work runs under a master services agreement governed by UAE law, with a statement of work per project covering scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and IP assignment. We're happy to sign your NDA before the first real conversation, or provide ours. For regulated clients we'll also complete your vendor onboarding and security questionnaires.
