Nomad Consulting ("we", "us") is a software consultancy and cross-border commerce business based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nomadconsultingae.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We aim to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL").

What we collect

Enquiry details you send us. When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company name (optional), area of interest and message you provide, so we can respond to you.
Basic, anonymous usage analytics. We record page views with a randomly generated visitor identifier, the page visited, referrer, browser language, timezone, screen size, IP address and browser user-agent. We use this only to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
We do not use your enquiry contents for anything other than responding to you and running our business.

Where your data lives

Enquiries and analytics are stored on our own infrastructure. Access is limited to the small team that needs it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and analytics data on a rolling basis (older records are discarded automatically). You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.
